Pumpkin Spice Pork Belly is the perfect dish to bring in November

I start by making my rub with Pumpkin Spice, Five Spice, Parika, & Salt

Cut the pork belly in a crosshatch pattern and add your rub to both sides

Cook on your grill using indirect medium-high heat until done (about 1.5 hours)

Bring cream, pumpkin puree, cheese, paprika, and salt to a simmer.

Toss fresh pasta or ravioli in pumpkin cream sauce. Garnish with shaved cheese & herbs
