To make the breading for my fried chicken tacos I start off with the Takis Fuego rolled tortilla chips. This is a fun way to make a tasty taco recipe for Taco Tuesday.
I normally use a food processor but you can crumble them by hand as well. It's important that the crumbled Takis have the same size. Consistency will make our taco better.
