Everyone knows that a bowl of hot soup will make you feel better but in my book nothing makes you feel better faster than a bowl of hot Steak Noodle Soup filled with fresh veggies!
All the ingredients are easy to find and your local Walmart.
Steak Noodle Soup
PREP TIME: 10 Minutes COOK TIME: 25 Minutes SERVES: 3-4
1 lb. Choice Angus Beef Boneless Top Sirloin
32 oz. Great Value Vegetable Broth
1/2 (16 oz.) Bag Great Value Wide Egg Noodles
1 diced Zucchini
1 diced Yellow Squash
2 (10 oz.) cans Great Value Diced Tomatoes with green chilies
2 Cups Water
1 Tbsp. Great Value Vegetable Oil
1 Tsp. Great Value Salt
- Dice steaks into small pieces and then cook steak in a large skillet or pot with oil on medium heat. Cook steak until “well done”.
- Add zucchini & squash to pot and cook until veggies begin to soften. Pour in vegetable both and tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
- Add in egg noodles and cook for 7 minutes until noodles are tender. Season to taste with salt and serve.
